1. What You're Purchasing

By enrolling in The Visibility Accelerator, you are purchasing:

- Lifetime access to the recorded training modules

- Access to weekly live support sessions (4 per month: networking, co-working, training/Q&A, planning)

- Access to a private online community

- Templates, content prompts, and AI tools

- Any bonuses listed at the time of purchase

This is a one-time purchase or a 12-month payment plan. It is not a membership or subscription.

2. Payment Terms

One-time payment: £750

12-month payment plan: 12 monthly payments of £75 (£900 in total)

By selecting the payment plan, you agree to complete all 12 payments in full. This is not a subscription and cannot be paused or cancelled.

Your access to the programme begins immediately after your first payment is received. You will retain lifetime access after all payments are complete.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this programme and immediate access to materials, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances.

4. Live Sessions

Weekly live sessions with Sam will begin in January 2026. These include:

- Networking session

- Mentoring session

- Cowering session

- Business and Content planning

These will be on Tuesday at 10am via Zoom. Sessions will be recorded and made available for replay inside the programme portal.

Live session dates and times are subject to change. Every effort will be made to give you reasonable notice if any adjustments are required.

Replays will be made available where possible for those who cannot attend live.

5. Non-Payment & Account Suspension

If your payment fails or is declined, you will be notified via email. Access to the programme may be suspended until payment is received.

If multiple payments are missed, access will be permanently revoked, and the outstanding balance may be pursued through formal collection processes.

6. Lifetime Access Definition

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the programme. In the unlikely event that the programme is retired, you will be given a minimum of 30 days’ notice and the option to download key resources.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials in The Visibility Accelerator including videos, downloads, templates, prompts, and session recordings are the intellectual property of Sam Cameron.

They are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without written permission. Legal action may be taken in cases of unauthorised use.

8. Community & Conduct

This programme is a respectful, inclusive space. By joining, you agree to:

- Keep other participants’ ideas and business content confidential

- Contribute positively and professionally

- Not share access or login details with anyone else

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal without refund.

9. Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your own effort, implementation, and business model. No income claims are made or implied.
