Membership access begins once payment has been successfully received.
Access to rooms, resources, live sessions, training materials, portals, groups and bonuses is for the named purchaser only and must not be shared with others.
Any sharing of login details, resources or unauthorised distribution of content may result in immediate removal without refund.
All payments must be made in full or via an agreed payment plan. If a payment plan is selected, members are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
Missed payments do not cancel your commitment to the agreed payment plan. If payments are cancelled, declined or defaulted, access to programmes, portals, groups and resources may be removed immediately.
Members may cancel recurring memberships where applicable by providing notice before their next payment date.
Cancelling a membership does not remove the responsibility to complete any active payment plans agreed at the time of purchase.

Due to the digital nature of the training, resources and support provided, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Samantha Cameron to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of access to all programmes, portals, groups and resources whilst the matter is investigated.

All members are expected to behave respectfully within all communities, sessions and groups.
Bullying, harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, spam or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Samantha Cameron Social Media Coaching Ltd reserves the right to remove any member without refund if their behaviour negatively impacts the community or other members.
Members agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of all other members within The Visibility Accelerator Universe.
Any private discussions, business information, strategies, revenue details, recordings or shared experiences within sessions, groups or events must not be shared externally without permission.

These materials are provided for personal business use only and must not be:
Members must not record, screenshot, download or distribute training sessions, resources or community content without written permission.
Live calls, networking sessions, workshops and training sessions may be recorded for training and replay purposes. By attending sessions you acknowledge that recordings may be shared within the relevant room or membership area.
If you choose to use an AI note taker during Zoom sessions, any notes or transcripts generated are for your personal use only and must not be shared, distributed or published externally.
Session dates, speakers and times may occasionally change where necessary. Samantha Cameron Social Media Coaching Ltd will give as much notice as possible where sessions, events or dates need to be moved or amended.
Communication regarding sessions, updates and changes will be shared within the appropriate groups and/or via email. It is the responsibility of the member to read and keep up to date with these communications.
Questions submitted within WhatsApp groups will typically receive a response within 48 hours during normal working periods.
This section applies to The Strategy Room and The Accelerator Room.
The Content Room provides access to content ideas, prompts, frameworks, training and resources designed to support content creation and visibility.
Content and ideas shared are for educational purposes only. Results may vary depending on implementation, consistency and individual business factors.
The Visibility Room includes networking, social media training and community support designed to help members increase visibility and business growth. Members are responsible for implementing any strategies shared.
If Zoom removes or disconnects you from a breakout room during networking or training sessions, this is outside the control and responsibility of Samantha Cameron Social Media Coaching Ltd.
The Strategy Room provides higher level business and visibility strategy support including in person strategy days, planning sessions and mentoring.
Attendance at strategy days is subject to the attendance policy outlined in Section 11.
The Tech Room provides technology, systems and digital support training including live sessions, resources and tutorials.
The Accelerator Room includes ongoing access to Samantha Cameron for visibility, marketing and business growth support alongside strategy sessions, events and mentoring.

No guarantees are made regarding income, followers, leads, sales or business growth. Results depend on many factors including consistency, implementation, business model, audience and market conditions.
