1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Socials, Strategy, Sales, and Sun Retreat ("Retreat") held by [Your Business Name], at Casa Torreta Blanca, Almeria, Spain. By booking and participating in this Retreat, you agree to comply with these Terms.  

2. Retreat Booking & Payment:

Deposit and Final Payment: A non-refundable deposit of £400 for single occupancy or £335 for a shared room is required to secure your spot in the Retreat. Monthly payments will then be taken each month to the same amount until the balance is cleared.  

Pricing: The Retreat price is outlined on the retreat website or promotional materials and covers accommodation, meals, workshops, and specified activities. Additional services, activities, or treatments not listed in the itinerary may incur extra costs.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation by Participant: If you wish to cancel your participation, written notification must be provided.

The following refund policy applies:

Cancellation More Than 90 Days Before the Retreat Start Date - Refund: 75% of the total paid amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

Cancellation Between 60–90 Days Before the Retreat Start Date - Refund: 50% of the total paid amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

Cancellation Between 30–59 Days Before the Retreat Start Date - Refund: 25% of the total paid amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before the Retreat Start Date - Refund:

No refund will be   Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit required to secure a spot is non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. This covers administrative and initial planning costs.  

Cancellation by Organiser: In the unlikely event that the Retreat is cancelled or rescheduled by Samantha Cameron due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. We are not responsible for other costs incurred, such as travel expenses.

Transfer Option: If a participant finds a replacement to take their place, they may transfer their spot without additional fees, provided the organiser approves the replacement participant.  

4. Travel & Insurance:

Travel Arrangements: Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights and any required travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas if required).

Travel Insurance: All participants are required to have valid travel insurance, including medical coverage for any health-related issues or injuries that may arise during the Retreat. This insurance should also cover trip cancellation and personal liability.    

5. Health & Safety:

Health Conditions: Participants are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, dietary requirements, or allergies prior to the Retreat. Whilst the retreat venue will strive to accommodate special requests, certain dietary or health needs may not be feasible in the Retreat setting.  

6. Accommodation & Facilities Use:

Room Allocation: Rooms are assigned based on availability and participant preferences but cannot be guaranteed. Rooms are shared or single-occupancy as specified.  

Respect for Facilities: Participants are expected to respect Casa Torreta Blanca’s property and facilities. Any damages caused by a participant will be the responsibility of that participant to cover repair or replacement costs.

7. Retreat Activities and Schedule:

Activity Participation: All scheduled activities, workshops, and excursions are optional. Participants are encouraged but not obligated to join every activity.  

Schedule Changes: The organiser or the Retreat venue reserves the right to modify the Retreat schedule or activities at any time due to weather, safety concerns, participant needs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide equivalent experiences or activities. Any changes to the agenda will be communicated to participants as promptly as possible. Participants agree that such adjustments are at the organiser’s discretion and do not entitle them to any refunds or compensation.  

8. Liability & Waiver:

Limitation of Liability: Samantha Cameron and Casa Torreta Blanca shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience caused to the participant during the Retreat. By attending, you accept all risks associated with travel, physical activities, and the natural environment.  

Personal Responsibility: Participants acknowledge they are responsible for their actions, safety, and well-being throughout the Retreat. This includes during physical activities, excursions, and in interactions with other participants.  

Release of Liability: By booking the Retreat, participants agree to release Samantha Cameron and Casa Torreta Blanca from any claims related to loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Retreat, including, but not limited to, excursions, physical activities, or travel arrangements.  

9. Media Release:

Photography and Video: By attending the Retreat, participants consent to the use of any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the Retreat for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes by Samantha Cameron. If a participant prefers not to be included in such media, they must notify the organiser prior to the Retreat in writing.  

Personal Recordings: Participants may take photos and videos during the Retreat for personal use only. Any commercial use of such media requires prior written permission from Samantha Cameron.      

10. Confidentiality & Privacy:

Respect for Others: Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow attendees. Sharing any personal information about other participants without their consent is strictly prohibited.

Data Privacy: Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of managing the Retreat.

11. Code of Conduct:

Respectful Behaviour: All participants are expected to act respectfully towards fellow attendees, Retreat staff, and the local community. Disruptive behaviour, including harassment or discrimination, will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the Retreat without a refund.  

Drug and Alcohol Policy: Excessive alcohol consumption and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited during the Retreat. Participants are expected to maintain conduct that aligns with the Retreat's values and community environment.  

12. Inclusivity and Diversity:

Commitment to Inclusivity: The “Socials, Strategy, Sales, and Sun" Retreat is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants. We celebrate diversity and encourage participation from people of all backgrounds, abilities, identities, and beliefs.   Respect for Others: Participants are expected to respect the diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and identities of fellow attendees and Retreat staff. Discriminatory language, actions, or behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the Retreat without a refund.

Accessibility: We strive to accommodate the diverse needs of all participants. Please inform me prior to booking the Retreat of any specific requirements, so that I can work with the retreat venue to ensure your experience is comfortable and accessible.  

13. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control ("force majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events that make it impossible or impractical to hold the Retreat as scheduled. Samantha Cameron reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Retreat. Participants will be offered a choice between rescheduling to new dates or a partial refund, excluding non-recoverable expenses. Samantha Cameron will not be liable for any other participant expenses, including travel costs.  

14. Limitation of Services and Liability:

Third-Party Services: The Retreat may include activities or excursions facilitated by third-party vendors. Samantha Cameron is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or services of these third parties, and participants acknowledge that they partake in these activities at their own risk.  

Medical Treatment and Liability: Samantha Cameron and Casa Torreta Blanca are not responsible for providing any medical treatment or advice. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the Retreat and should seek medical attention as needed. Any injuries or health issues that arise during the Retreat are the sole responsibility of the participant.  

15. Participant Conduct and Dismissal:

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behaviour throughout the Retreat. Samantha Cameron reserves the right to dismiss any participant without refund if their conduct disrupts the Retreat experience or poses a risk to other participants or staff.  

Damage Liability: Participants will be held responsible for any damages they cause to property, facilities, or equipment at Casa Torreta Blanca. This includes any personal or hired equipment used during activities.  

16. Intellectual Property:

Content Ownership: All materials, presentations, and resources provided by Samantha Cameron during the Retreat are the intellectual property of Samantha Cameron and are intended for personal use by participants only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of these materials without permission is prohibited.  

17. No Guarantees of Business Results:

Results Disclaimer: While the Retreat is designed to provide strategies, tools, and resources to help participants grow their businesses, Samantha Cameron does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Participant success is dependent on their own actions, decisions, and market conditions beyond our control.  

18. Governing Law: The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
