2. Membership Eligibility
2.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are interested in improving their social media skills for personal or business purposes.
2.2 By subscribing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The subscription fee is outlined at the time of purchase and is subject to change with prior notice.
3.2 Payment must be made via the approved payment methods provided on the membership platform.
3.3 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under the refund policy (see section 5).
3.4 It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that payment details are up to date. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of membership.
4. Cancellation and Termination
4.1 Members may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing hello2samanthacameronsoical.oc.uk
4.2 Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Members will retain access to the membership until the subscription period concludes.
4.3 Simplify Your Socials reserves the right to terminate membership without refund if a member violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in inappropriate behaviour, or uses the platform for unauthorised purposes.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Simplify Your Socials.
5.2 Any refund requests should be directed to hello2samanthacameronsocial.co.uk and must include a valid reason for the request.
6. Membership Suspension
6.1 In cases of non-payment, breach of conduct, or suspected misuse of resources, Simplify Your Socials reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the membership.
6.2 Suspended accounts may be reinstated after resolution of the issue and at the discretion of Simplify Your Socials.
7. Member Conduct
7.1 Members agree to:

- Refrain from sharing, distributing, or reselling membership content without explicit permission.
- Treat other members and staff with respect and professionalism.
7.2 Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Harassment, abuse, or discrimination against other members or staff.

- Any action that disrupts the functionality of the platform or the community.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All materials provided through Simplify Your Socials, including videos, templates, guides, and branding, remain the intellectual property of Simplify Your Socials and its owner(s).
8.2 Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for their own purposes during the subscription period.
8.3 Unauthorised sharing, copying, or reproduction of membership content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Simplify Your Socials provides content and support on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
9.2 Members agree that Simplify Your Socials is not liable for:
- Business or personal losses arising from the use of membership content.
- Technical issues beyond our control.
- Actions taken based on advice or materials provided.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Member information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found on the sales page.
10.2 By joining the community, you consent to receive emails and communications related to the membership. You may opt-out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in emails or contacting support.
11. Modifications to Terms and Membership
11.1 Simplify Your Socials reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions or modify membership features at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or the membership platform.
11.2 Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Membership Access and Availability
12.1 Membership content is provided through the designated Facebook group and WhatsApp community. Members are responsible for keeping up to date with news and sessions via these platforms.
12.2 Simplify Your Socials strives to ensure uninterrupted access but does not guarantee continuous availability due to potential technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
12.3 Members are encouraged to report technical issues promptly to [email protected]. While every effort will be made to resolve issues quickly, no guarantees can be made regarding resolution timelines.
13. External Collaborations and Third-Party Tools
13.1 Some resources or tutorials may involve third-party platforms, tools, or applications (e.g., Canva, scheduling tools). Members are responsible for ensuring they meet the terms and conditions of these third-party services.
13.2 Simplify Your Socials is not responsible for the performance, functionality, or support of third-party tools referenced in membership materials.
14. Member Feedback and Contributions
14.1 Members are encouraged to provide feedback to improve the membership experience. Any suggestions, ideas, or materials provided by members become the intellectual property of Simplify Your Socials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
14.2 By providing feedback, members grant Simplify Your Socials a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, adapt, or incorporate their suggestions.
15. Data Usage and Analytics
15.1 Simplify Your Socials may collect usage data to improve the membership experience. This data will be anonymised and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15.2 Members consent to the use of anonymised data for internal analytics and reporting purposes.
16. Member Responsibility

19. Leaving The Community
19.1 Members may request to leave the community at any time. Upon leaving, access to all materials and resources will be revoked.
20. Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure Agreement
20.1 Members agree not to replicate, resell, or create derivative works from the materials provided within Simplify Your Socials for commercial purposes.
20.2 Any breach of confidentiality, including sharing member-exclusive content outside the community, is grounds for immediate termination without a refund.
21. Governing Law
21.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
